Bargains to be had??

Spanish news programmes last night, reported the large amount of abandoned boats (due to the financial crisis here)to be found in Spanish Marinas etc. Authorities look to be trying to find ways of disposing of these boats. Some shown on the news report were clearly once very beautiful vessels and could probably be again, with some TLC and elbow grease.
Maybe there could be a few bargains to be had in the not so distant future?
