Henk Tingen Designer - Kok boat builder

I would appreciate any information on Henk Tingen - Boat Designer (Ontwerper) Henk was understood to be actively designing boats during the period 1939 until the mid sixties. A number of his yachts were built by the Kok boat builders in Vinkeveen near Hilverson - Holland. The KOK yard appears to have to have carried on under the name Theo Kok at the same place in Achterbos - Vinkeveen.

Any information regarding his history , his designs , his builds, and information regarding yachts that he designed that are still on the water, will be gratefully received and acknowledged. The same applies to information on the KOK enterprise of Vinkeveen - Holland.

I know of 2 of his surviving yachts:- "RAUHA" a classic ketch , now in Cape Cod - Mass, USA

"Big Smile" a beautiful steel ketch, now in Langkawi- Malaysia

Thanks so much for the response, unfortunately the Theo Kok is not the same yard as The Kok

yard -- also in VinkeVeen .

The web site of Amisia.nl has been very useful

Many Thanks again

Richard

Maybe I am wrong, but I think the KOK yard (that is NOT the Theo KOK yard) builds smaller recreational power boats..... The "THEO KOK" yard builds larger yachts both sailing and power yachts.

As for Henk Tingen.... there were many boats built at the THEO KOK yard which were designed by Henk Tingen.... of which one of them I own and am refitting at the moment. I know the entire history of my boat and have met both of the families who owned her before me. I also have searched info about Tingen...with little results. However.... I have searched much about the KOK yard...and even called and talked with them twice before. The owner before me actually went to the Theo KOK yard and met them in person when he traveled to Europe (not on the boat).

If you are interested.... my boat is 14.8 meters, center C/P, ketch rigged..... named "Whale Song" by the first owner..... and still named Whale Song.

Would be happy to know more about my boat's design if anyone has more info.

Thanks

Clark
