Oh the other hand, I do tend to be handy with computers so I would probably build one myself and mount it in the boat. Just seal the case and use a water-cooling rig with a 15v pump and it can be completely air-tight. Hell, I have seen people who filled the case with vegitable oil in order to increase the efficiency of the heat sinks!
