Default Need health insurance, please help.

Hello everyone, I have been looking at international health insurance for the past two months. I find a lot of sites with nice offers but I find out that a lot of them make it hard on the pay off when it comes down to it. We live parts of the year in Canada and most of the year in Honduras. We will be eventually traveling on our boat with our two youngsters. Does anyone has experience with health insurance providers that could provide quality coverage for worldwide(excluding United States) but including home countries (Canada and France). Any help from personal experience would be very welcome.

Thanks a lot in advance
Pierre

Consider DAN https://www.diversalertnetwork.org/trip/ for emergency evac and major stuff. Here in the USA, we mostly assume we're screwed if something happens and we're all pleasantly surprised when it cost us, uninsured, less to have healthcare in every other country than our own--where we HAVE insurance. LOL.

Best of luck

Health insurance in your life it becomes more important that we make sure to compare insurance quotes before making a purchase. Choose how to buy life insurance or second to die life insurance that best fits your needs and your pocket and is definitely a tedious task that requires much effort and research as well. In particular various insurance comparison sites made the process easy.

Default Offshore Insurance

I cannot say how things are at this time, but in 2005 I was an offshore sailor in the caribbean & had coverage with Multinational Underwriters. I was in St Vincent in the Grenadines & came down with brain fever which they were unable to diagnose. I became unconscious the first day. My fiance contacted a friend in the states who then contacted Mutinational who then had me & her lifeflighted to Ft Lauderdale where I was diagnosed. I spent 22 days in the hospital & the bill was over $100000 USD. I wrote a check for $3000, my deductible, & that was it. They certainly have my vote. Jim
