Default norseman 400

Hi all, I am looking into buying a cat around 40' and saw a Norseman 400 on the web.The boat looks great except for what seems to be a very low bridgedeck clearance. Does anybody have a firsthand experience of this cat and can give their impressions? Many thanks, Michael

They are impressive to look at. We met an owner in the Bahamas. I asked him about bridgedeck slamming cuz it looked low. He said "not a problem" as his wife sarcastically shook her head (yes) behind him... seems it was a contentious issue with them so I took it no further.

Think I remember reading that one boat slammed so hard it took off gelcoat but can't be exactly sure now if it was a Norse or not?
