Default Sonic weapon
Some naughty, small power boat type boaters, with little regard for the quieter people in the community, insist on playing 160bpm techno music, at hideous volume, when they stop in a crowded anchorage. It reminded me of the attached story from a few years ago.

Wish I had a spare $30k lying around.
