Default Weather

I have posted the following link before. It is worth presenting again for those who wish to follow the weather and who want to know the state of the wind, in real time, in their particular sector of the world.
It's fully interactive and I think it's the bestest thing in the nav station.
earth :: a global map of wind, weather, and ocean conditions

Yes mate,
it's a beauty. This other version of it actually allows a guy to pick a set spot for detailed weather by moving the focus dot to your chosen location or zoom out to see the world, wind, rain, temp, etc.
Cheers

An' uh, didn't mean t'upstage ya or anything, but I have made internet weather one of my specialties.
Here's another, Global Isobar charts with four day predictions AWESOME
Ocean Prediction Center - Pacific
This next one I check the 16 km cam graphic
RAMMB: RAMSDIS Online - GOES-West / GOES-East

and this one gives the entire US in animated rain;
NWS - National Mosaic Enhanced Radar Image: Full Resolution Loop

Global Tsunami Watch;
National Tsunami Warning Center

here's global animated weather, just click most recent to see how it sets up;
NRL Satellite Page

and not t'forget the Hypothermia chart,
Hypothermia, Prevention, Recognition, Treatment chart for a hospital situation.

and Global Weather Data,
Current Marine Data | Oceanweather Inc.

Global Buoy Data
National Data Buoy Center

Then these gems,
Sailing Library;
https://torrentz.eu/1b940b9932790e48...6a431b67dd88f0

and Marine Publications resource;
Tracker :: Marine Torrent Tracker

to download these last two one MUST run Peerblock at the same time as uTorrent.
Peer Block is a cookie blocker, and spyware firewall (which I run all the time to prevent incursion. I also use Zone Alarm and allow NO outbound info to be sent. Especially Windows Media File Sharing Service)
PeerBlock
https://www.utorrent.com/

Something else that's not widely known is that projected surf reports are incredible low pressure system locators,...this one is three days out,

http://www.wunderground.com/MAR/mmm.html?map=wave

and this one with an incredible 177 hour prediction;
NEP Animation

Good Stuff

And here's one that will interest anyone going near Europe right now.
Especially you Haiqu who plan on heading right into the masses.

Hello everyone,

We have built Windria, a weather app for sailors and would love to get some feedback.
Windria is a hyperlocal weather forecast application for sailors. Windria forecasts have up to 25x higher precision than widely used GFS forecasts and are produced in collaboration with several national weather agencies around the world. It offers free interactive visualisation of winds, gusts, waves and currents. A feature that we are really exited about is the ability to switch and compare different models (WRF ARW, CMC, Hirlam, Skiron, NOAA HRRR,...), which gives you a higher confidence when sailing at sea.

You can visit it at: https://windria.net/map

Thank you for your feedback,
Windria Team

Default Earth.nullschool.net

This Website developed by the University of Brisbane has not only the weather in realtime. It let's you plan your trip, as you can Forward the weather for a couple of day and itz takes all considerations and medium Ratio. I have planned to sail by a hurricane with it and it was totally accurate. Combined with www.passageweather.com, national hurricane Center. planning the Pilot Charts and plotting including converted weather Sheets, you are on the safe side....
