Default What's an Advanced Member?

I've suddenly realised I've been changed from a 'Senior Member' to an 'Advanced Member'.

Is this promotion up the ranks - or simply a statement about my age?

Dear Admin,

That's a nicer new title, but why insult me by calling me shorty?

With this discussion, perhaps you can clear up some confusions I have....on occassions my wife refers to me as Admiral W. Anchor, at other times as Capt. T. Osser whilst some friends refer to me as Otto Pilot. Should I be offended?

in his early days as an AB on merchant navy vessels a friend used to be called Seaman Staines

however he worked really hard and was eventually promoted. He now sails as Master Bates.

Admin, pls advise if this content is unsuitable for this board and censor if required

meanwhile have a laugh!!

Re the last question, guess this title only applies if you come from Arab lands.
