Hi,

I'm looking for a sailing boat that could use my help and company. I'm free to join a boat from Panama or some other country close by from this day on without a deadline, at least for now.

I've been traveling and taking photos around Central America for the past 13 months. I don't have sailing experience unless you count a sailing competition in the Baltic Sea with my friends on a windless day as one.

I have lived almost my entire life next to the biggest lake in Finland and spend a lot of time on boats. Here in Central America my experiences with the sea consist of 2 months of surfing on the Pacific Ocean and diving in the Caribbean in Honduras on my way down from Mexico.

Before Panama City I was surfing in Costa Rica. About a week ago I broke my surfboard. That is actually the reason why I left Costa Rica behind in search of new challenges. Sailing is not surfing and that is exactly why I want to learn it. And let's face it, I could also use the change of scenery.

So if you are looking for a fit 28 year old Finnish man, with not 1 but 2 university degrees, as a crew member for your boat, then I'm your man. I'm in no hurry so the departure date or the length of the trip is not an issue.

I speak fluent english and spanish and I'm able to make fun of myself more than once a day on both languages.

I'd love to go the West from Panama but all the other directions are just as good.

As a nice addition I'm more than willing to document the whole sailing trip with my camera.

Some of my photos can be seen on my website:

Nice pictures. Good luck in finding a boat.
