Default new to the game... big or small yacht?

Hi all

I intend to begin work as a stewardess out of south florida on motor yachts. I wondered what your opinions are on whether a smaller or larger vessel is the best to start out working on, and your reasons for your answer.

What are the hours like... 6am until whoever goes to bed last? Some details on stew work would be great. I won't be cooking just being the dogsbody

Many thanks !
