Who eaten a swordfish?

If you haven't done it by now, it's probably a bit late - and it'll be telling you so!
But can you not simply cut it into steaks and grill it?

Mmmmm, delicious fish, can be eaten cooked or raw fresh.

Use salt and pepper, fry in butter with oil.

It’s like Mai Mai a little heavier. Garlic and butter. We stopped buying swordfish steaks about 20 years ago because they were, are endangered. I was on a boat which someone else’s line caught one. The owner and crew carefully released it. Fortunately it didn’t take the bait deep like a sailfish. Swordfish slice to the side. They are apex predators.
Dip the steak in corn starch garlic rosemary and butter dip like lobster. Yum. Enjoy I’ve had my share.
