So when I post a message about plans to get a boat back in the water and cruise down to Mexico and points south, it gets moved to a forum where its gonna get burried in jokes and things that don't matter, I don't think this is fair. I had a lot of support last time because people noticed my posts, I feel like cruiserlog is turning its collective back on me.

Your post that you are referring to is dominated by a video of your truck driving up a hill in the snow. I felt that the post was more about the winter snow than the fact that you wished to go cruising again. Without this video your post would have been completely topical and left in the "Sailing" forum. The video overpowers the subject of cruising so if you would consider removing the video and placing it in a "general" topic I will happily move the post back for you.

The Poop Deck is now a popular board and well visited so in light of the above I moved the post to the more general forum.

Please understand that the moderating team is attempting to maintain the boards in the best possible order so that they are a pleasurable experience for all.

I just thought it, the video, demonstrated why I was frustrated and would catapult me back into the ocean aboard my boat. Sometimes a picture or video speaks a thousand words.
