Cruising Vietnam

Some of us are thinking about visiting Vietnam but have yet to find a reliable source of info. The RHKYC does races every 2 years from Hong Kong, but that is managed thru a travel agent to a fixed destination.



Does anyone know of a cruising resource and contact for Vietnam? Thanks!
