Looking For Someone To Oversee Minor Repair Work In S'pore

I am looking for someone to manage and oversee minor repair work for my 38ft sloop in Singapore. I am based in Hong Kong and will only be able to come to S'pore every once in a while. Of course I am not looking for free help but for someone with some experience who I can hire as a contractor. Any information on where to find someone or who to talk to are greatly appreciated.
