Finding a Sailboat Surveyor in Singapore is very difficult and if you find one - lots of Sing Dollars !

An independent yacht surveyor who looks after the buyer's interests is DES CAIRNS in Langkawi I do not have email address - his tel number is (60) 12459 6696.

He comes highly recommended by cruising yachties - he would get down to Singapore very cheaply by using AIR ASIA - the budget carrier.

Peter if you would like to do wood work - Des is presently undetaking a huge wooden rebuild and has some good workers on site. Ask him and he might let you know when his guys are free to refit your boat.
