Alistair Campbell (ZS5MU - S Africa M/M Net) is holding his 30th annual World Cruiser's BBQ on Dec. 6th at his home in Umzumbe (on the coast south of Durban). Very many cruisers around the world know him and have attended these wonderful annual functions and, being the 30th year, it is hoped that it will be the biggest yet.

A presentation to Alistair is planned, for this the 30th BBQ, so anyone who has photos or stories to tell from over the years, please let me have them soonest.

PLEASE, all who know him, make a special effort to attend this milestone - he is a legend and has assisted so many of us over the years. Every cruiser that has crossed the Indian Ocean and sailed the "Cape of Good Hope" cruising route has been guided by his excellent daily weather forecasts and synopses over HF radio.

PLEASE PASS ON THE WORD! All cruisers are always welcome to this great day together on Alistair and Davina's farm.
