hello everybody

my name is Greg. I'm 51, french and fit, working presently as a tour leader in centroamerica. My cruising experience is not that great, just a couple of time up and down the west indies (from St Martin to Trinitad and back)

but I love to be at sea. I crossed the Altantic two years ago as passenger on a contener ship, from Spain to Argentina. My goal is to make it around the planet so my next step is to find a sailing boat from Panama to wherever the wind will blow, heading west. Trouble is, the tourism high season will end presumably in May so I wonder if so late in the year I'll be able to find a ship to the Pacific.

I am a carpenter by trade, writer by vocation. I speak english and spanish (more or less...) I can cook and keep my watch. Any tips would be helpful to me.

Nice to be onboard with you people

cheers
