Hi everyone, I just became a sailboat owner last month after dreaming about it for over 35 years. I read the book "Dove" as a teenager and knew that should have been me! Oh well at 47 years old I just purchased the boat that I will pursue my dream with. I am looking forward to learning from all who have came before me on this site and I hope to shorten my learning curve and not be the entertainment to often.

Wasn't quite sure whether you were the vagabond at 47 years old -- then decided that was your new boat -- and a good cruising boat they are -- seen all over the world - lots of bright work - have to start the varnishing cycle tomorrow.

Welcome - hope to hear lots from you - how about a photo of the boat?

And a "welcome aboard" from me too - good to have you here.

Nice cruising boat! Tell us more about it.

Make yourself at home.
