Greetings all. After 45 years of Sailing a 17 foot Town Class on fresh and salt in Massachusetts I bought a used Beneteau 331 last fall. Hopes are to be cruising some distance within a couple of years. The sea trial, and the run from Portsmouth RI to So. Dartmouth MA. for the winter totalled 8 hours sea time. Then she was out for the winter before we'd even got to know each other.

I'm using the downtime to learn, and dream. I've found some useful information on this site, and will be looking for more. Thanks in advance for your patience with a neophyte.

Sounds like you're on your way! Superb.

Hi! I'm new here. Been circumnavigating out of Montreal since 1998 in a Newick 38 trimaran called NINTH CHARM. Currently in Thailand and leaving soon for the Maldives. We hope to round the Cape of Good Hope next southern-hemisphere summer, a year from now...

Fun to be here, hangin out with everyone...

Cheers

Fran
