Hello Nicole, Your Quote "it was installed but it was never used as we cancelled our trip and never left shore."

Question : when it was installed was it tested in sea water or fresh water ?

The price quoted appears to be quite a saving.

Richard

Hi Richard,

it was only installed, but we never tested it. There shouldn't be a reason that it is not working though.

Plus it comes with warranty, so there is nothing to worry about.

Hi Nicole,

The reason for my question was relevant to the membrane - in so far as they are not usually covered by warranty - and if the unit had actually been tested, but not put into further use, the membrane may still have suffered.
