hi

i would like your opinion

i lost at sea the feeder of my gib roller ' everythink looks o.k. how importand is it to replace that part ?

Offhand, without knowing the make/size of the furling drum - I would suggest that the feeder is very important as it insures that the line is fed evenly - without it, there is the danger that the line will 'overwind' and jam (similar to an overwind on a winch)
