Default Pulling Masts in Gravelines or Dunkirk, France?

We will be sailing fro the Netherlands to Gravelines and maybe to Dunkirk this Spring aboard our 38' ketch. We would like to pull our masts to go to the Med through France. Gravelines seems the more peaceful way to go but Dunkirk has more facilities. Which is easier and which is less expensive?
