Here is one with DBs similar to those designed by the late NZender Malcom Tennant - Clue:- it's 43ft not designed by Malcolm.

Ah, getting smart now. Actually I did not hack it, I went to post that I have no clue and some genius left the file name there . After that all it took was entering Hill 43 Catamaran in google and lo and behold there happens to one for sale ....

This time you got me though ....

Give me time and I will hack the picture and find out what it is, just not today as I have midterms tonight. Did I say midterms, at 53 I should not still be at college. ARG, but I am taking a EMT 1st responders course, so when I bang my head or lop off a finger I can instruct my wife on how to put a hook through it and use it for bait. Yeah I know I am a sick puppy ....

Could the builders be asked to build DB cases on the outside - case ending above the water line -

at the widest point of the beam ?

What bridge deck clearance will the 09 version have ?

Now that is an interesting Question re: the daggerboards though I guess that it is unlikely, I will talk to them and if the boat is going to be shown at the 09 Annapolis show then they may want to consider this as a modification and or upgrade.

The bridgedeck clearance on the 09 is is same as the 08 somewhere 850-900mm (33.5" -35.5") depending on how she is loaded I was given this range and no exact number. Do you have a more accurate number ?

I have forgotten - but think one of the South African designers - Phil Southwell had an external well designed case up his sleeve, it did not look out of place.

At one time the Leopard 40 was extolling a low bridge deck clearance - a challenge is called for,

with full pay load closer to 750 mm or lower??!!!!!

Really not sure on this one, but it could be a Prout like maybe a 50ft or a 53ft. Built on an Island and the name being British clued me in but I may be far of the beaten track on this one.
