A copy of the 2008 2nd Quarter's Piracy report is available here :-

Its a 60 page document - could not find the report of the 2 Germans who were taken hostage by pirates on the 23 June 08 in the Gulf of Aden and taken ashore in Somaliland . This particular report appears to be a little disjointed at first read.
