Come further North Pete,

We're heading up to Lizard Island for the annual Christmas beach barbi.

Fair winds,

Mico

Watson's Bay is one of the great anchorages of the world!
I'm envious.

It's going to be our last trip in Mico as we've just accepted an offer on her and will be handing her over mid Jan

It's been amazing the response we had to the new website: Home

After having her with a broker and on yachthub for 6 months and not a single response, we launched the new site 3 weeks ago and have had 900 visits, a dozen calls and countless emails and 3 couples have flown interstate to see her

The new owners were not the highest bidders but were by far the people we felt most comfortable with and while we had a little cry sailing out to the reef this afternoon, we know she'll be well looked after. Big sigh.

A week after handing over the keys we fly up to Borneo to complete the last of the fit out on our new Antigua 44 ketch Australis II. I guess one door closes and another opens.

But yes Auzee - Watson's Bay is hard to beat and we'll be joining the Lizard Island tradition of the yachtie Christmas lunch on the beach with all the other vessels in the bay.

It's such a hard hard life aint it?

Fair winds,

Mico
