Hi there,

my name is Jamey,
I am a 24 year old South African,
& I would like very much to accompany you on this voyage!

I am a hard worker, I love the sun and the ocean, & I am a non-smoker.
I also know how to, & enjoy cooking, so that wont be a problem whatsoever!

I have completed the RYA accredited yacht hand & yacht skippers courses through the Offshore sailing school in Durban,
so I am confident I will be able to fulfill all duties required of me on board.

I am available for the full passage to french polynesia,
and am able to make any departure date.

My Email is mungberry@gmail.com

Look forward to hearing from you,

Jamey

Hi "Malgazz"

I am a Dane - M51 - with a couple of months in the beginning of 2009 to spare between jobs giving me a chance to look for sailboat for blue water passage and cruising.

You will get an easy going person with 30 years sailboat experience as owner and crew of smaller craft in Denmark, and as first mate of a 65 foot ketch for 6 months going from Denmark to the Med years back. I am Yachtskipper II + radio and engine certified (also a bit dusty knowledge) and I am known to remain cool in "sharp" situations. I know from experience, that I can live and work in cramped quarters and be happy and positive about it too. I am a good cook - also with limited supplies available - and I have no abuse problems. However I do enjoy a beer or a glass of wine if the situation and boat rules allow for it. No smoker.

I'd like to know a little more about your proposed trip - like boat type - route - plan for stops - do you live off instant noodles or do we plan to eat T-bones ;-) If departure date is before February 15th, I will be able to join you until Panama. I am currently in Denmark, but joining you in Cape Town with a weeks notice is no big problem.

You are welcome to contact me directly using erling.markussen(at)tdcspace.dk

Cheers, Erling

Hello my name is Colin 21/m from Vermont,US. I have just finished a cross country trip and now am making my way south to central america. I will be trekking around untill the end of Jan, then will be looking to join a crew to cross as much of the Pacific as possible. I can be anywhere within Panama in Feb. or March.

I admit my sailing knowledge is very limited but with very little instructions i will become a competent crew member right away. I am young fit and very easy going. I am very flexible within travel/time/destinations, and i am willing to share reasonable expenses. I can clean/cook ( have done both perfessionaly for years) will have no problem with long watches or helping in any aspect. I am a very dedicated traveler.

For more info on me(intrests, work experience, etc.) view my about me page or email me at swellchaos@gmail.com

cheers
colin
