The Autohelm 2000 I have peaks at 5A and I've budgeted 80W a day, i.e. 10W x 8 hours. Have no idea how accurate that is since I haven't sailed it with that fitted yet. This might be a good ballpark...

Depends on how often it has to correct. Peak amps is irrelevant (except when sizing the fuse), and average can't be determined since it will be different every trip.
