Oops I think there's been a misunderstanding... my friend doesn't have a boat he want's to register. I'm looking at my options for moving up to a bigger vessel and if I do so would want to use it...

JeanneP, While I am in/from the US, if/when this is something I actually get into I would not restrict myself to the US... it is in fact one of my least favorite...
