A group of us are chartering a mono from Sunsail in Tortola in this May for 7 days. This is my 2nd charter, but this is my first that I am coordinating the charter. Any suggestions as to where and what to do in Tortola.

Afterwards, we are staying at the Concordia Eco Camp, St. John. This place has (3) solar panels power the entire cabin, 180' view of water, situated on a mountain side .... simple, eco friendly, peaceful, and inexpensive. No fancy bars, restaurants, just beautiful!!! If anyone is interested - http://www.maho.org/Concordia.cfm

Thanks in adv.

PS - Great site! I'm hope to be one of you live aboard .... some day!

Rick from freezing NJ, USA

Hi, I just came back from the BVI and a sail all the way to Greneda...you have to moor or anchor in trellis bay, east end tortola. Everything you need there plus 2 nice bars/restaurants. The Loose Mongoose and the "last Resort".Very laid back atmosphere here. A day sail to Anegada and Jost Van Dyk and Virgin Gorda to see the "baths" is a must. An intenerary you could do is Trellis Bay to Anegada...then down to Jost then to west end Soper's Hole which will put you right by St.John for the ferry if need be. I could go on and on..have tons of info if you want to pick my brain.

cheers,

Beth
