Here we present a series of Google Earth Images of Marinas and anchorages to be found in S.E. Asia.

One word of caution :- watch you see may be old - it all depends on when the images were acquired .

Each week one image will be presented with the test :- Where is this - give the GPS coordinates ?

What is it called ?

How do the facilities rate for cruisers on a scale of 10 ?

Any stories regarding incidents etc. in this facility or anchorage would be welcome

----------------------------------------------------

Where is this ? 3rd in the series :-

Its called Sutera Harbour marina , boats must have holding tanks, if using on board toilets and showers, but the on shore showers and toilets are great so use them.Last time I called in was on a mumm30 returning to Singapore from presidents cup in Boracay no problem no on board plumbing . Dont have the cords with me in the UK, but be carefull if using C-map to get in.

Hi Rigger,

Thanks very much - what I have done is to fill in some of the gaps - specifically how to get there : a couple of waypoints plus detailed instructions and info. from the Sutera Marina management - all in a word.doc --- attached Getting_to_Sutera.doc

Thanks again

Richard
