atlantic cross: Europa to canada or brazil

Hi,
I'm looking for a boat to go to brazil, or canada, during november 2012.
I'm 25 years old, student of medecine, and I project to spend 5 months in Brazil (may be 1 month in Canada) to travel.
I would like to cross the atlantic with a boat, beacause I'm sure it'a a beautifull experience to spend some weeks under the sea, with people.
I don't know nothing about boat, but I am very motivate to learn some basic thing and help the crew. I am active and sporty. And more, I can make the first aid in case of small accident, or if someone is sick.
I'm note afraid to spent many time with few people. I love to share experiences, I used to meet people and to live with many diferent people from diferents country (I spent one year in spain to study, and 1 year travelling in south america).
