Best Haul Out in Caribbean-Paint & Fixup

I will be moving my boat from Isla Margarita, Venezuela to FL this winter and want to haul it out to do top side paint and some refit.

Any recommendations on the best value place that will let you do you own work in the yard? Also will need to do paint. Anywhere along the way is fine but I expect that somewhere in FL is best value due to access to parts etc.
