If you were interested in getting to the Gulf Coast rather than the Sea of Cortez you could get a ride down on a barge. I know a fellow arranging that for his boat up in Wisconsin right now.
Most of the US companies here on the West Coast/So Cal do NOT go into Mexico. You could probably more cost effectively get your boat to So. Cal overland from WI and just sail her downwind and around the tip of Baja to enter the Sea of Cortez.
If all the move is performed in the USA, I would recommend San Diego Boat Movers
link . They won't move into Mexico. They are on the higher end of bids you'll get but unlike many of the other trucking/boat movers that I know of, SDBM folks are honest, sober, properly insured, will get the right permits and adhere to transportation laws...and really care about getting your boat to where its going safely and securely.
They moved our boat 3 times: from the water to the first boatyard we did work in for about 8 months; then from that yard to the SDBM yard where we worked on our boat ourselves for almost 2 years; and from the SDBM yard back to the water for relaunch. All short (less than 10 mile) local moves but they do long hauls too. Their specialty is the really big boats and super long masts so little boats like yours and ours are a cakewalk for them to do.
Our last move with them--
Ready to leave the yard:
one last check before getting on the main road:
transfer to the travel lift for launch:
Good luck to you
