Cabot's Newfoundland

I've just been watching a BBC television programme about Cabot's boat, Matthew - and it brought back a wondrous time I had four years ago, sailing round Newfoundland, and crossing Bonavista Bay in bright hot sunshine, knowing Cabot had seen what I was seeing, both for the first time, with 500 years between us.

And then I was reminded how I got to be there - by finding a boat and a skipper here. So I thought I'd look you up again, and see how it was all going. And to thank you for so kindly enabling me to have one of the best four months I've ever had in my life.
