I just did a quick and dirty plot, it's about 210 naut. miles.

If you're going to just cruise the Florida Keys, why do you want to go outside of Florida Bay into the Atlantic? Your destination will determine which pass you should use - there are several.

I'm in Bradenton and have all the relevant charts. I can bring them by for you to work out your course on. You can photo-copy whichever ones you want to take with you.

We're not good at plans, but....

We'll be in New Jersey from November thru first week of January - family holidays, etc.

Jacksonville 2nd week of January and then down to Stuart and then across Lake Okeechobee to Ft. Myers, etc. At least, that's the idea. Want to spend more time in the Everglades, maybe the Keys, then up into Tennessee - maybe - to spend the summer. However, we aren't very reliable, so just keep in touch and watch CL to see where we might be.
