It's not easy doing it alone. I went from S.F CA. to Cabo, and back. I was thrown overboard in some bad weather by my mainsail while trying to furl it. Only to be drug back up onto the boat by my harness, and compressing my spine.

Thrown to the ceiling while Frolic was on her beam. When she righted herself I dropped from the ceiling, and split my head open. My friends thought me crazy as I contued to sail alone. Even my mother questions my sanity. Sometimes I question myself, but I don't reply, because you know what they say about people who talk to themselves, and answer back....LOLOLOL

Two simple rules when flying a plane or sailing a boat

Rule 1/ always ensure even when alone that someone is flying the plane/sailing the boat

Rule 2/ refer to rule 1
