Thanks for posting your story, it makes for compulsive reading and brings with it more than a just a little bit of credibility. Given that the magazine was purely self serving, repetitive pap and a contra vehicle given over to the benefit of the few at the expense of the many, I am astounded that anyone would seriously have considered buying the company.

However, I wish you success in redressing any wrongs which you may have suffered. I also expect that if what you say is the truth ( and it seems you have a good amount of evidence to support your claims), the sailing world will harshly judge the oddly named Bob Bitchin and Capt Woody and will look elsewhere for inspiration.

I confess to having done just that, many years ago.

Thanks again and best wishes.

Sounds like you where under funded and over your head from the start. People fail in business venture all the time. Suck it up.

The big lesson here is to avoid ever doing business with, working for, or communicating with this DJ character because your personal and confidential emails will be posted online.

Mod hat on:

Folks we are closing this thread as it appears to be a dispute between two newly registered parties. A public forum isn't the place to settle this stuff and we aren't in a position to judge. Please settle your business disputes in a more appropriate venue.
