Exactly what does that mean, and how did I reach the limit? I was looking at galleries yesterday, and this popped up. Today it continues to keep me from viewing pics......

I see....I like to look at others photos, but I am stopped by the limit. Today I was stopped from looking at Adele's complete photos. Is that also because of the bandwidth?

That is another website altogether isn't it? If so, has NOTHING to do with settings here at all. It would be your own settings with your own service provider or the settings on the Adel website.
I'll see what's going on.

I just had to confirm that there were no Adele photos in OUR gallery that you may have been refering to - nil!
So, the problem that you experienced is either an issue with the Adele website hosts or your own service provider. Of these options, it may well have just been a temporary problem. Try the Adele site again.
