ElMiguel Ensign Join Date: Jan 2008 Posts: 3	Hey, someone knows, where in the caribbean/venezuela you can do the STCW Basic Safety Training-course for a good price? I know that they offer it on St. Maarten for like 1200 Dollar. Someone told me, that its possible to do it in Trinidad/Tobago for like 300. Anyone knows something about that?
