Hello,

I am a new member. My name is Duskin. I am a 30 year old man. I live and was born and raised on a small island in the inland waters of the Puget Sound. I have boated and sailed all my life especially in my childhood when I sailed a small 15' clonky lil wooden sail boat with a sprit sail and gaff rig, and an old canvas sail. Good times. I have made only one blue water trip from Portland Oregon to Seattle Washington. I am ready to do more blue water sailing.

I work as an woodsman, tree-climber, farmer and seaweed harvester. I also have a globe hopping career as a goofy, sleazy low brow street performer and artist.

Thanks for running this site.

-duskin

Hello, Duskin,

Welcome to the Cruiser Log! What fun it sounds like you've had with your sailing of Puget Sound. Sounds like you're quite a multi-talented fellow...and--a gaffer, too? So nice to have you here Make yourself at home and please contribute to our site. I must say, my husband and I are contemplating the existence of a street performing seaweed harvester...Got a picture?

G'Day and welcome also.

Sounds like with the mix of skills you've got - you'll fit in just fine.

Enjoy
