Hello! What a great forum. We are too far from the sea, here in West Texas, to be sailors. Our nearest lake ist 2-1/2 hours of driving away.

We have a 1979 modified 26' Sleekcraft. It is a power boat. We are weekend cruisers and we love our Fifth Wheel close by since our boat does not have water or a galley. We are in the Southwest Desert and are just happy to have a lake close by. Our lake is Elephant Butte Lake, New Mexico. We do enjoy being on the water. My husband calls it his "therapy" ;-)

This is our boat and our set up on weekends. Boat is in storage at the lake and we just drive up on Friday to spend the weekend. We absolutely love it!

Happy sailing and boating to all of you!!!

Greetings from West Texas, USA.
