Hallo everyone! my name is Randy, I am the very proud skipper of S/V Ivy an Islander 29, which I have been working on these last few years, getting ready for .. NOW.

I am up in Puget Sound (Washington State) and will be sailing down the coast, in about two weeks, ultimately to winter off in La Paz, then possibly down to Panama, or perhaps across to Nuka Hiva (I am remaining a bit flexible).

I had every intention on going last year with crew, but at the last minute my crew bailed, and it was too late in the season for me to switch gears; so this year I am singlehanding.

My first port should be Newport Oregon, Then probably Brookings Oregon or Cresent City California, then San Francisco.

I have a webpage with some of my trials and tribulations at gocheapgonow.info
