I've been sailing my whole life, and my wife has been sailing the better part of her life (....better part meaning since she met me
). Although we've often talked of casting our lines to sail the world, our cruises have always been limited to weekends on vessels under 29'. Now parents of 5 and a recently purchased 34' sailboat, we're contemplating some longer excursions. I hope to gather motivation from this forum to expand our cruising repertoire, learn from others who may have experience with such a large crew on a (relatively) small vessel, and share any experience of ours that may be helpful to others.
