Not really a new member but have not been on for a couple of years or so and the forum has changed quite a bit...anyhow my name is Tom originally from Australia but living in the UK for the last few years....I am about to become an owner of a 27' full keeler with intention of sailing to Australia starting mid next year...was aiming to do this last year but due to very unforeseen circumstances wasnt able to go through...anyhow back on track now

Just a quick update, didnt go through with the purchase of the 27 footer...instead bought a wip bruce roberts 42..actually 39 with a bowsprit ...so need to give it about 3-5 months of work and set sail Got time till Nov before I cross the big drink so fingers crossed
