Hello,
I am James, new to this forum, not an experienced sailor but keen to learn now that life is coming around to my dream.
Living in the UK, off to Barcelona early next year, will be there for a while teaching English & God willing, do the RYA yachtmaster course before going back home to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
A real fan of Bruce Roberts designed boats with the aim to build my own and take off around the world to wherever the desire takes me. The desire to sail & liveaboard has been with me for these 30 years, circumstances in life is now allowing me fulfill this ambition. Will spend the next few years gaining more practical experience in different conditions.
I have been reading many of the posts on the forums here & find everyone so inspiring & fills me with confidence.
Hope to get to know more and more of everyone on here & who knows bump into people on the travels.
