Just found this site. We keep our sailboat in the Virgin Islands and commute back and forth from Durango, CO to use her during the winter months. Leaving tomorrow for another 3 week stay with friends and family joining us.

It is good to have you here. Welcome!

Come aboard, make yourselves at home and grab a tankard. I was just wondering who is buying the drinks today? I think it is JeaaneP's turn.

Welcome, and sure, the drinks are on me this week. *USVI and Colorado - best of both worlds, eh? *

When we were crossing the Pacific we met a trio of young (early 20s) Danes who would climb to the highest point of land wherever they made landfall. *Having gone around Cape Horn, they got to climb some pretty impressive mountains in their travels. *When we were in Ecuador we met a couple of fellows from Denver who were there to "ski the equator". *They had a blast.

Have you sailed beyond the VIs? *Some nice places to visit just a day or so away (but hard on the wind. *You get a great ride back, though).
