Default Newbie

Have been looking for my first sailboat for about 2 months now. I am totally new to sailing but have made a decision to live aboard! This may sound crazy to many of you but I am very serious about my decision. I have gone through some major life changes and this is the newcourse I have chosen. I have been looking for something around 40' in a Morgan OI a Beneteau or possibly an O'day 40. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Stteve....

Welcome aboard. Take a look around the forums and read up. I have no opinions of the particular boats you're considering, but someone else surely will.

Fair winds,

If I was given the choice between a Morgan OI and a Beneteau in the 40 foot range for liveaboard cruising, I would choose the Morgan every time. I am unfamiliar with the O'Days so I can't really comment there.
