This is one of our favorites. It's easy to prepare, and it's pretty healthy too.

Jay's health dip:

1 pt. cottage cheese

1 jar Thick & Chunky Salsa (Pace brand) mild or medium

1 bunch of Cilantro (wash, pick off leaves and mince)

Diced Jalapenos to taste

Mix together, chill (preferable for a few hours) and serve w/ Tostito (brand) chips

Enjoy!!

Great recipe, I tried it last weekend and it went over very well... sort of refreshing in a way but with a sharp after spice.

Definitely a keeper.

thanks,

To add one of my favorites.. this one is super fast and easy to fix but depending on what part of the world you are in it can be either dirt cheap or super expensive...

I like to take avacado and slice it into wedges then, set an olive (preferably feta or blue cheese stuffed) in the arch and then make a wrap around the whole thing with a half slice of presciuto pin it all together and serve....

it's got a wonderful creamy saltyness that will make you eat till your sick... or it will me at least.
