We're setting up for a trip from the West Coast USA to New Zealand via Mexico and Galapago, Marquesa, Tuomotos etc four up on a well equipped 50ft'er. There are lots of questions about others experiences, recommendations etc but for the moment I'm very interested to know if anyone has or knows of an even a basic check list for food items.
Ideally, it'd be great if this included some info on normal portion sizes, calorific values etc, along with some idea of how readily available the items might be (around the world).
If there's nothing available publicly and it's of interest, I'll consider creating one for (free) publication here and elsewhere from any inputs received.
Finally, we'd also be very interested to hear of experiences relating to the general availability of staples and fresh produce on our journey westward thru the southern Pacific.
