The Catalina 38 was Sparkman and Stephens designed and is tiller steered. 2006 Yanmar3YM30 1200 hrs, 60 gal fuel tanks, 48 gal water tanks,20 gal holding tank, Monitor windvane, 55watt solar panel, Air X wind generator, Icom 710 SSB w/ AT-130 tuner,Furuno GPS, Icom VHF, new upholstery, new Truecharge 40 battery charger, new Lemar windlass, Katadyn 40E watermaker, 35LB CQR, 200 ft chain w/100 3/4 nylon. 35lb Danforth, extra chain and nylon, Adler Barbour refrigerator, Origo alcohol stove and oven. 2 mainsails (one new in 2006 with 3 reef points), 110 Yankee excellent shape, 150 Genoa good shape, asymetrical spinnaker ok shape, Honda 2000 EU Generator, new barbecue, fresh bottom paint with barrier coat in Nov 2010.
